It is located on a hill just outside the main city area, providing easy access to everything, including the excellent Edinburgh Tram service to the Airport and bus lines. The staff is very friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout. The rooms with a lovely view of Edinburgh are clean and well-presented, making for a pleasant stay. The breakfast, although lacking in vegetables, includes nutritious options for vegetarians.
The only aspect that could be improved is the breakfast menu variety.

The restaurant offers very good service, providing a pleasant dining experience. the rooms are clean and cozy, with stunning views of the surrounding area. We were greeted by Lee, who kindly accommodated our request for a quiet room on the ground floor due to my wife's mobility issues. The staff were friendly throughout our stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to the local bus system. The breakfast selection was excellent. Despite a minor issue with the room being a bit tired, it wasnice and neat. I would highly recommend this hotel.
